How do I book an appointment?

The easiest and most convenient way is to book online, you can register with our booking platform 'Go Book Me In' and make, change and pay via this platform.

You can also make appointments directly from Google Search. When searching for Vanita's Hair and Beauty in Google.

you will see Schedule icon like below

Clicking on this will allow you to select the treatment and date and time, after selecting these click the 'Book' button.

Google will send your booking details to the salon and confirm your appointment

You can of course call on the salon or mobile number. If you can't get through please leave a message be assured that someone will get back to as soon as they are available.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Walk in's are always welcomed, however we do recommend you book an appointment in advance as we do get quite busy. If you walk in without an appointment and if it is possible we will try to accommodate you whenever we can, if possible we will try and fit you in on the same day, otherwise we will book you in for another time.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, for new customers who sign up using our online booking platform 'Go Book Me In' we offer 10% off your first treatment

Let us know your birthday on 'Go Book Me In' and we'll send you a birthday surprise on your special day.

Through 'Go Book Me In' we also offer 10% off your next 2 treatments when you refer a friend and they also place their first booking

How can I pay?

You can pay at the salon, we take cash and bank transfers

You can also pay online, the easiest and most convenient way is to register and pay via Stripe using our booking platform 'Go Book Me In'. The Stripe Payment system is a trusted, secure and convenient way to make payments online.

Do you take deposits or advance payments for treatments?

No, we have a trusted relationship with all our clients, we do however ask our clients to give us as much notice as possible if they can not attend their appointment. We do understand certain circumstances may arise and things can happen at the last minute so in most cases we will try to accommodate you for another time. In some expectational circumstances where we notice our cancellation policy is being abused we may refuse to book you in for an appointment or temporarily block your online booking account.

Will I get a reminder of my appointment?

If you have signed up to our online booking platform 'Go Book Me In' then you will get an automated reminder for your appointment. Should you need to move or adjust your appointment you have the opportunity to contact the salon directly or you can do this via the 'Go Book Me In' booking app and change it to suit your needs.

If you have booked your appointment through Google then you will get an automated reminder from Google for your appointment. Again should you need to move or adjust your appointment you have the opportunity to contact the salon directly or you can also do this via Google.

What if I’m not happy with my treatment?

We will always check to see if you are satisfied with the service your received before you leave. If you feel the service carried out did not meet your expectations you can discuss this further with the salon manager who will see you on the day or call you back and get any feedback you have, they will try to find an appropriate solution to any issues you have raised.

Can I come in for hair treatments?

Vanita’s Hair and Beauty currently does not do hair treatments but we can highly recommend the hair salon we currently share the premises with.
